The Circle Select program is a meeting and event planner’s program, rewarding you for booking guest room reservations, receptions and meetings.

If you book a minimum of 10 rooms annually, the Beechwood Hotel invites you to become a part of Circle Select, our travel planner program that recognizes loyal customers with a wide array of benefits and special services. It’s our way of thanking you for selecting the Beechwood for your Hotel and meeting needs.

There is no cost to join the Circle Select program, simply print, complete and fax back the application.

Earning your Circle Select benefits couldn’t be easier. Points are assigned to your account for every guest room night, meeting and banquet you book at the hotel.

1 point for every occupied room night
1 point for every $100 spent on catering (not including liquor, audio-visual equipment, tax, gratuity or service charge)

Circle Select benefits include:

• Quarterly newsletter highlighting special events, sell-out dates and promotions
• Quarterly personal points statement
