”The staff at the front desk of this hotel were super friendly, really helpful and outgoing. The room was nothing special - standard hotel furniture and decor. The bathroom had a tub with a shower curtain. The hotel provides a complimentary Continental breakfast in the restaurant“

”Group of us stayed here for a rowing competition.Clean, Jr Suite room accommodated 4 of us. Lots of nice touches, like an umbrella in the room. 2 sinks, one outside bathroom. Able to walk to Lake Q. Continental breakfast better than avg. Ceres Bistro very good for a hotel restaurant, live music Fri night. “

”On June 9 we had our wedding ceremony and reception at the beechwood. The food was fantastic, the service was great, and Laurie parks was a wonderful event coordinator. I couldn\'t have asked for the night to be more perfect. Truly a great place for functions and weddings. The outside patio for the cocktail hour is the kicker!

”We stayed for only one night for a wedding in the area and were very pleased. I contacted the front desk the day before we arrived to request an early check in so we could change before the wedding. The woman said it was noted and sure enough, they had a room for us which was a relief as I was dreading the thought of changing in a bathroom somewhere! The check in staff was polite and efficient both coming and going and we left at 4am to catch an early flight back so even more kudos for being polite so early in the morning. “

”My wife and I decided to stay here because we were attending a birthday party that was being held in the Ceres Bistro. The Beechwood proved to be an exceptional venue for both the party and our overnight stay. We were in a King suite that was very nicely appointed and immaculate throughout. Just before showering I noticed there was only one robe hanging in the closet and asked a housekeeper, Robin, for a second one. Within minutes she brought me a second robe that she must have taken the time and bother to warm in the dryer. Nice touch, thanks. (Later on I noticed the \"missing\" robe was on the back of the bathroom door. Sorry, Robin!) Everyone - entrance receptionist, front desk staff, housekeepers and dining room personnel - were all gracious, professional and eager to please. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the dinner party. It is extremely difficult to thoroughly please 23 people about anything but this evening proved that, while rare, it is possible. So I offer special appreciation to Samir and all his staff for a flawless and most enjoyable evening. “

Your staff was also extremely willing to help us negotiate any technology interface problems that we encountered.“

”Recently attended a 25 year class reunion at the Beechwood Hotel and decided to stay the night... what a surprise! As a hotel general manager, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of personality upon arrival in both the decor and staff. The accommodations were superior and offered every amenity including Frette linens. Certainly the owner spared no expense in furnishings and refinements. By far the best rooms in the 'city of seven hills'!

The Beechwood Hotel was an outstanding experience. It had everything I could ask for - beautiful guestrooms with Internet access, cable TV, and a 24-hour business center, fitness room, gift ship and room service. The service and quality rivals any four or five diamond hotel that I have ever stayed at. The staff was very courteous. They treated me as if I was the only guest. You can't beat the price for a luxury hotel experience. Ceres Bistro had an array of American dishes and an extensive wine list. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.“
